I love this tape! This is what I remember raves sounding like. Thank you thank you thank you for putting this up here!! Are any of those songs available on cd? That is some beautiful music for sure. :D

I wore this tape out in my car around 95/96 just from rewinding, and playing Pure over and over again. Can't believe it was so long ago now even though it doesn't feel it.

Will you be putting up Mindwaves 2 anytime soon and is that the one with bruce lee movie clips at the intro on both sides?

LOL..... Yes, I did make a mixtape with the Bruce lee Intro. "Have some tea?" I really like how that set turned out. I gotta get a hold of these sets myself for my own collection.

Omar! Actually we met at that $1 rave and you played upstairs (power went out during one of the DJs sets). You and your girlfriend were very cool & down to earth (unlike SOME djs!), glad to have met ya.

Hey Omar, the discogs link is empty for Mind Waves II, do you know of another option? I honestly have been searching for a copy of that for 15 years, since mine got thieved. Also, was that Bruce Lee intro already in the first track, or did you mix that in? The timing with the 'with feeling!' line and the chunky beats was one of the few things I remember most about SF in the 90s. Cheers
